Holiday rentals with lake access in Cancún

We absolutely LOVED our stay! It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The home was beautiful inside and out. The decks were gorgeous, and we had so much fun floating by the dock and lounging in the small pool, watching and waving to the boats float by on the channel -ranging from fishing boats to huge catamarans, and even a couple of super yachts! We spent probably 80% of our time out there. We vastly preferred the feel of being a block off the main road in a vibrant neighborhood, and the space of a house over being in the overly touristy North Beach area for our stay. That said, that area was a short, inexpensive cab ride away. We did rent a cart for 24 hours to explore the island on our own and hit our favorite Punta Sur spots. (Recommend picking it up in the late afternoon to maximize your usage) Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Pretty sure this will be our island home on all future visits!!

Christopher was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Flexible and even helped us arrange a taxi in the early morning of our departure.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

My stay at Jose’s place was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more ideal it’s just a one minute walk from a beautiful marina side mall with a fantastic food market and a great selection of restaurants. Enjoying meals with views overlooking the water was a definite highlight. One of the most unique features was the direct marina access, you can rent a jet ski or even charter a private yacht right from the backyard. It really added an extra level of luxury and convenience to the experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Jose was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our visit. His easygoing communication and willingness to accommodate made the experience completely stress-free. For the quality, comfort, and unbeatable location, the price was great. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly return in future.

What a beautiful house. There were 6 of us and we all felt like home. The rooms were cosy and welcoming, there was water, AC and we felt very safe. The caretaker lives nextdoor and his dogs were so sweet. Great guardians! The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view over the lagoon and you can enjoy the sunrise there. We loved hanging out in the garden. Thank you so much Sabi for your great communication and tips! We loved staying with you.

Absolutely stunning appartment, the place is better then on the photos...the balcony is just awesome. Everything was very close, yet its very quite place. Juan Pablo was very easy to contact, he was very respectful to my requests and very helpful, even showed me the city and and best ever seafood resto in town. I really enjoyed this place, worth every dollar.

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . first time in cancun we're 5 days in this place and it was great! especially Carla she helped us with recommendation and renting a car and her service was outstanding and fast! the place felt safe and we had everything we needed definitely recommend and will come back! thank you

El lugar esta increible, todo coincidia con las fotos, solo el detalle de la lavadora pero no fue problema. Excelente ubicación y la atención de Karla muy buena, pues siempre contesto a las llamadas y estuvo atenta. El lugar es altamente recomendable al igual que los anfitriones. Son muy flexibles con los horarios de entrada y eso se agradece pues te permite organizar tu estancia. Mil gracias por todo

El lugar es muy tranquilo al ser una privada, muy seguro, puede uno ir caminando a la playa y al ferry qué sale a isla mujeres, considero que es una opción ideal para familias que desean pasar sus vacaciones con una estancia espectacular. Sin duda será una próxima opción de alojamiento. Tienes a estas metros tienda de conveniencia y farmacia. y a 10 minutos centros comerciales.

We had a great time at Leticia’s Airbnb. Place was spacious for 6 of us. Beds were comfortable. Huge lagoon and several pools to choose from. Never crowded. Kids rented kayaks from the office and had a blast. Many places nearby to walk and eat.
