Great location. Puerto cancun shopping centre close with great restaurants.

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Our stay was only short but met our needs perfectly in terms of location and amenities. Pedro was always quick to communicate when we reached out to him. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved the apartment, it was beautiful. The bed is comfy and the view of the roof top was superb. We see the ocean and the shark tower;-)

Ideal location for excursions. Safe area. Quiet sleep. Apartment very spacious. Car rental company near the IBIS Hotel. There is also a small German bakery downstairs (ideal for breakfast). Friendly communication with the host. Security personnel at the entrance are very courteous. Will come again any time. Note: Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. The recommended pick-up service works well, but is comparatively expensive. The return journey is going well with Uber.

The accommodation is perfect, relatively close to the ADO, the palapas park and the bus stops that take you to the hotel area. Edain and his mother were always attentive to our needs and helped us with their recommendations. Having coffee and drinking water 24/7 is a huge plus. The accommodation has a pretty nice pool. We definitely loved everything. We will definitely be back soon!!!

The house was AMAZING! Julius was very attentive and met us at check in. Julius walked us through the house and offered opportunity for us to ask questions. We arrived close to midnight and even sent us recommendations of places to eat after he left. I will absolutely be booking again when im back in Cancun.

It's a super nice house in an excellent location. It's very quiet, super cozy for the whole family. It's a 10/10 house. I highly recommend it. My family and I are sure to book the house again on the next vacation 👍👍👍

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

Carolina and Hector’s place was absolutely PERFECT!!! My family and I felt right at home! The location was very safe, private territory with security and close to everything. The house has EVERYTHING! In addition to all the necessities, there were a lot of games, pool and beach accessories, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floaties, towels, etc. Literally ANYTHING you might need to elevate your stay. The beds were super comfy too! I worked remotely and had a lot of long zoom calls and the internet was super fast and never cut out. Carolina and Hector were the best hosts ever! Super responsive, accommodating, attentive and flexible. They addressed every matter immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless! Can’t wait to go back to this gorgeous house!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

The accommodation is located very close to the ADO, which provides transfers to other points very easily. It is in a closed street which provides security and tranquility, it has a laundry machine (something that is very important) and the attention of Maria Cristina and her husband is very warm and super helpful. They are attentive to needs and are looking for solutions to the circumstances that arise. The bathroom has available towels and botiquin, details that make a quiet stay

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

Excellent place, very central and pleasant, the host is always attentive. Just as a comment, there's no TV in the living room.

the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

Rodrigo was a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive and offered to arrange a pick up and drop off taxi which was very thoughtful. His apartment felt safe and the interior looked just like the pictures. I also appreciated having a stocked kitchen and a hot plate to cook on. I also loved using the bikes to ride all over the island. Overall I had a really lovely stay on Isla Mujeres.
