It has all the amenities of home, except parking (there is free parking on the street, subject to the contingencies of a city) , with a pleasant outdoor patio where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. Next to the Jardim Municipal (central garden) and the Baltazar Dias theatre. 200m away from the marina ( Our balcony overlooks the Marina ). Guests over 12 years of age, not resident in Madeira, must pay during the stay, a tourist tax of 2€ per guest, per day, up to a maximum of 14€ per stay per guest.
