both the owner and the residence itself were facilitating as I thought it should be more or less for anyone like me who didn't like too much bureaucratic transactions and cares about their privacy. You will be comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment has the perfect size for two persons for a couple of days. The huge terrace is very nice with a great view. There are two bathrooms which was practical. The living room could be a bit more cozy. We felt a bit cold on the first night and were immediately provided with an extra blanket and advice regarding the heating system the next day. There was no bad smell as mentioned in some of the reviews. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much!
