The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

Perfect house just 20m from the beaches of Canneto, a beach town on the island of Lipari. Thanks to the location of this small apartment you can relax in the many bathing establishments located right in front of the house. There are also a few meters away, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and agencies that offer excursions to all the other islands. The accommodation is equipped with a small kitchen with all comforts, air conditioning, washing machine, and satellite TV.

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

Connections are available until late evening in summer, at other times only during the day.
