La casa è situata sul versante occidentale del paese,quello silenzioso,e si affaccia sull'anfiteatro della Riserva Naturale del Genzana. Questa sistemazione è molto indicata per gli amanti della natura, per la tranquillità e la pace che essa infonde ma anche per comitive di amici "caciarone" che vogliono trascorrere il fine settimana sui campi da sci o fare escursionismo, insomma per tutti coloro a cui piace la montagna.

It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.
