La casa se encuentra muy cerca de Santander a unos 10 minutos en coche. Coger el tren para ir a santander es muy comodo ya que evitas el pago de parking. El pueblo de Bezana es grande y tiene de todo, bares , supermercados, restaurantes ,Farmacias y centro de salud las 24 horas. La playa se encuentra en Soto de la Marina a 7 minutos y hay un autobus para ir que esta cerca de la casa. Tambien están cerca las playas de la Arnia ,Covachos ,La Virgen del Mar,y la playa deValdearenas en liencres .
