Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.

We hope that our little house will allow you to recharge in peace, it is simple but comfortable! Composed of a veranda, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, living room, bedroom with double bed, a small enclosed garden, and a private parking space in front of the accommodation. Proximity 5 min walk to the river (Sarthe) and village of Ecouflant 10 min walk. 10 min by car from downtown Angers and 25 min by bike (possibility to rent us bikes).

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
