Monthly Rentals in Cape Cod

The space was very quiet, comfortable and roomy. The view of the cove was really nice and the outside landscaping was beautiful with lots of flowering trees. The location is within minutes of the beach, fine restaurants, great coffee shop (the chocolate sparrow) and bike trail, but a very quiet location. I highly recommend Barbara's place and would stay again on our next visit to the Cape.

We had a great family time at Luba's beautiful home! It was very clean, neat, organized, had all the things we needed and look for in an Airbnb (AC, outdoor shower, well stocked kitchen, quiet, comfy beds and very clean bathrooms, common rooms to relax in). It is located in a very beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood. The house was a little far from the places we went but wasn't a deal breaker. It has a fun pool/game room upstairs in a loft area and we had some great family pool games. We would book again if we are doing a family/friends gathering without going out a lot.

Love this place! very comfortable, beautiful, and the instructions were easy to follow. The recommendation on things to do near by is spot on!

We had an absolute wonderful stay! Jane went above and beyond to make our stay special. Beautiful place and area. Definitely an unforgettable trip! Definitely a plus that it’s so close to the ferry too.
