Monthly Rentals in Cape Spear

Cameron’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided with parking spot . Really nice and quiet neighbourhood. Definitely stay for next time.

We stayed at Ruth’s place for 5 months from June-November while we were house hunting. We loved the amount of space we had for us and our 3 pets! It was a perfect spot to rent temporarily. Walkable to downtown, home is full of character, neighbourhood is safe (like anywhere in a city make sure your car doors are locked). Ruth is a super friendly and responsive host. The home is older and we absolutely loved the character and charm. Of course with an older home comes the occasional quirks. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but Ruth was always very prompt at getting them resolved. Her Dad is the caretaker and any time he had to pop by to fix something he was very polite and friendly. Overall this is a fantastic, spacious, pet friendly location which is rare in St. John’s. Great value and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I've been using the air bnb app and staying at Airbnb's for a long time, and I have to say that Peggy and her beautiful inlaw suit apartment were nothing short of amazing!!! 5 stars across the board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From booking last minute and having a late check in, from arriving on a midnight flight into St. John's. To having car rental issues, the next day with no where to go for a couple of hours, I wasn't having such a great day, but Peggy was very accommodating and understanding of my situation and offed me a late checkout time to help me out. I highly recommend booking with Peggy if you're in the St. John's area and need somewhere to stay that's clean, quiet and cozy with the sweetest host! also, did I mention a great price! I will definitely book a stay at Peggys place again in the future if I am in need of a place to stay in the St. John's area! 🙂
