Holiday rentals with a patio in Cape Vincent

We really enjoyed our stay at Tyler's place. The location was convenient. We walked to the waterfront (boat and kayaking tours). The neighborhood is comprised of many historic homes and churches, fun just to walk around. Apartment is just off the main drag but quiet. Also very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well fitted out for cooking (grocery store just down the street). Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

We usually stay at the hotel this time of year, but because they didn’t have a river view room we decided to book this charming place. So glad we did! We are thinking about booking again next year. Clean, spacious , excellent amenities and terrific view that can’t be beat!

Larry was a fantastic host. The space was outstanding, comfortable accommodations in ALL regards. My wife, son and I were passing through Watertown on our way to a wedding and it was the perfect space for R and R. Quiet, cozy, peaceful, and overall a beautifully maintained home. It’s very obvious he cares deeply, not only about his property but also his guests and their needs. Will definitely return if we are in the area again! Thank you Larry!

This was one of the prettiest Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Very unique interiors and beautiful location right by the water. Great location with a lot of restaurants around. We had a minor issue when we got there but the host was so quick to respond and fix it for us. Highly recommend!

Michelle and Dans place right on the water was perfect for our guys fishing trip. We were able to keep the boat tied to the dock right behind the house and the location was great. Will definitely be back

My partner and I had a great stay 😊 Beautiful home for those who are interested in stargazing and reconnecting with nature. The place was very home-y and clean! There was a guidebook by the table as soon as you enter to read through (same information as on Airbnb). The patio is nice and the stargazing spot is perfect. Kitchen is very clean and accessible. Big plus with the bathroom mirror with the lighting and heat :) Windows by the living room didn’t have curtains but! It’s very private otherwise. Neighbours are fairly far away. So no one can really see through the side windows unless they’re directly there.

Kim is a great host. We needed to make a couple last minute inite adjustments and she helped make that happen. The cottage is cozy and reminded me of places my parents used to take us too when I was a kid many years ago. Gas stove, full size fridge, and all the basic pots and pans to cook dinner. Large fans and multiple windows keep the air fresh and moving for a great night's sleep.

We stayed at Kayla and Rick’s place for a couple of nights for a little getaway with our dog and it was perfect! The house is cozy and comfortable, with lovely decorations and thoughtful amenities. The backyard is fenced and was very spacious for our small dog. The neighbourhood is very walkable to the waterfront and downtown Kingston. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

The House was exactly as photographed (in fact even better in real life). The views are amazing and the location is so serene. The one thing that was really a step up from some other places we have stayed in, was that the kitchen was well stocked and had brand new pots and pans and flatware etc. The house is very well organized, and everything is documented and easy to find. There was this cute welcome packet with lots' stuff in it and a lovely Note - which made us feel very welcome.

Ali’s place in Fishers Landing is a great little spot on the SLR. Ali reached out to see if we needed anything ahead of time and was a great host. I’d absolutely come back again in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view, with a picturesque sunset and all the comforts you need for a quiet holiday. This is a truly special place, and we hope to come back again!

Sara was a very nice host! Sara made check-in and check-out very easy. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but Sara helped us through all of the trouble shooting and was very easy to communicate with. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable.
