Lovely unit with amazing uninterrupted views and sunsets. The area is quiet but at the same time there are many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Shopping centres are also close by and laundry facilities on site. Chantel was an exceptional host and always quick to respond.

I had a great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect. Professionally run. The host thought of every detail to make the apartment pleasant and fresh. There is attention to detail. The linen smelt so clean. The decor is great and the host thought of all the small details like coffe capsules, and the basics for the kitchen. I recommend all properties run by this host.

We had a great stay here with our dogs. The place was bigger than expected, and just a short walk from the beach and a lot of restaurants, cafés and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Strand.

First off, Belinda is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and clear in her instructions. In addition to Belinda’s great hosting, there’s a housekeeper and a gardener who are both incredibly kind and maintain the house in top form. The house itself is very spacious and even more impressive than the photos suggest. It features three large indoor kitchen areas and an outdoor Braai. If you love cooking, this place is a dream come true! The pool is wonderful, though it does occasionally collect pollen and leaves from the neighbors’ trees. The house can comfortably accommodate six adults, but we stayed with just two adults and a baby for most of our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five-minute drive from Stellenbosch. There’s plenty to do nearby, offering the perfect balance of being close to Stellenbosch’s lively city center while still enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

We very much enjoyed Patsy’s place during our family stay in Somerset West, it was a home away from home for our family during our recent visit to the Western Cape. A charming house providing more than enough room for all 5 of us (incl. 3 adult children); with comfortable beds, a roomy living area and kitchen inside, and the lapa & swimming pool outside (where we spent a lot of time during the hot days!); nice and quiet location, no through traffic; a lovely garden surrounds the house. Patsy was very responsive to all of our queries and questions, and made sure that we were OK. We also met up with Bridget & Obert, 2 lovely people who also added to the welcoming feel. We will certainly consider this as a future holiday address … 😊

We stayed at this incredible property for a month and loved ever minute. The home felt welcoming and is well appointed with all the creature comforts of home. Everything has been considered by the host. The children enjoyed the pool each day we were there as we sat outside on the patio loving the beautiful established gardens teaming with birds of all kinds. The home is stunning and we would stay here again tomorrow!

What an amazing house. You have everything there especially the swimming pool. my kids were in the pool half of the time. Lots of amenities like pizza oven and huge braai area.

We hebben over de jaren in veel verschillende Airbnb's verbleven, dit is by far één van de beste waar we ooit hebben verbleven. Het huis was prachtig op een veilige locatie en met een heerlijke tuin. Als je reist met (kleine) kinderen is dit echt een fantastische plek. Onze kinderen kregen geen genoeg van het al het speelgoed en het speeltoestel en trampoline in de tuin. De locatie is heerlijk, je bent in 10 minuten in Stellenbosch en bij verschillende prachtige wijnhuizen. Pierre is een fantastische host, hij heeft er werkelijk alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Hij heeft zelfs een kinderstoel aangeschaft voor onze dochter, dat hebben we enorm gewaardeerd. Mocht dit huis vrij zijn en je twijfelt om te boeken, zoek niet verder en boek het huis van Pierre. Wij komen zeker terug als we de kans krijgen.

Chantelle is an amazing host, very responsive, kind and polite. She went out of her way to gift us a bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration. we felt perfectly at home at the flat. It is modern and Chantelle has thought of so many things to make our stay comfortable, there were snacks and juices in the fridge. A really special touch

We have stayed in these hosts places before - always experiencing the same superior service. We appreciate the clear instructions, and the fact that they go out if their way to accommodate their guests. We'll be back.

Where do I start ? This apartment is everything I thought it would be and more. Nothing can prepare you for the absolutely breathtakingly awesome views. And not just from the balcony but from each and every single window. On top of that the apartment is very spacious, well laid out, super clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped, bed comfy, nice warm and powerful shower. No surprise that the balcony was where I spent most of time, but If you can tear yourself away from the view, the WiFi is good and there is DSTV and Netflix. The building itself is extremely well maintained, safe and secure. Underground parking, swimming pool and small gym. Apart from being opposite the beach and having the most incredible sunsets, you’ve also got easy access to shops with The Sanctuary and Somerset Mall being less than 10mins drive away. The N2 and R44 is just a hop skip and a jump away making it easy to get to Cape Town/Airport as well as Stellenbosch/Franschhoek etc. Communication with Sanet was great and she made me feel very welcome. Can highly recommend staying here. Thanks for hosting me.

The apartment was well kept and very secure and the location was ideal - just a short drive to the beach, restaurants and a shops. Lizelle was an excellent host and communicated readily. Would happily stay there again.
