Carolina is a very welcoming host. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for long stay. The full kitchen. The location is ideal for driving on foot: it is steps away from Civit Avenue, the gates of Parque San Martín and Calle Arístides. I definitely recommend it.

We really liked the accommodation and would definitely come back. It matches the photos, the view is very beautiful, and the surroundings are quiet. Walkable easily to downtown. The check-in time was flexible and they always communicated very kindly.

It was a quiet stay, a calm and good place to rest, good value for money and easy access. Kitchen with useful utensils for preparing small meals. Pablo was friendly and always attentive to requests.

Spacious and clean apartment in great location

We stayed with my partner for about 4 days and the truth is that we had a great time. The place is beautiful and super clean. Super easy check-in and security in the building.

Ignacio was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a beautiful building with mountain views and very close to the big and beautiful San Martin park. The grocery stores are very close. It is about 30 minutes walk to the popular restaurant area in the downtown, but one can take an Uber very easily as well. I would recommend this property.

Everything was impeccable, Augusto showed us how to enter, everything was very simple and uncomplicated. The apartment is just like the photos, the view of the mountain range is beautiful. There's an excellent cafeteria on the corner. I would recommend it

Very responsive, clear instructions, the flat was as advertised and a lovely welcome bottle of malbec was a nice touch! Location was fantastic, right near the main park and loads of restaurants and bars within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Would definitely recommend

The apartment is divine, very comfortable and functional. The view is open and panoramic to the city, the sunrise is beautiful and at night you can see all the little lights. A few meters away there is a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mini-market. 100% recommended, we will be back!

Absolutely great place! Lots in the area, groceries, restaurants and local markets for fresh vegetables. Erica was a great host!! Quick responses and helped out planning local events. Pool is large and placed just right beside large trees and open deck. Hard to find a place with all the kitchen utensils you need and in new condition……. But Erica got it right! Everything was there.
