Fede's house has an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beautiful Parque San Martín, ideal for walking or cycling. Fede offers a couple of bicycles that were very useful for us to tour the area. The house is spacious and comfortable; the main bedroom is on the ground floor, which provides plenty of privacy, and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. We stayed a week and the house was our perfect base to explore Mendoza. It has a small garden where we could make the classic Argentine barbecue, which was a great plus. The house has everything you need to be comfortable as a family. We thought the price was excellent, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. In addition, it has parking and a wine cellar where Fede has some great wines at very affordable prices. We had a very comfortable week, and we thank Fede very much for his hospitality and all his attentions. We would definitely come back!

Very large and spacious house in a very quiet neighborhood with shops one block away. Very kind hosts who helped at all times with some difficulties I had with my vehicle and that were not their responsibility at all. They were very helpful. Recommended 100%!

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to accommodate a large group of people. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, a few blocks away is the center, a very nice bar area. Mercedes gave us all the necessary information, very attentive from the first moment. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for three months with our pets, and I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay, it’s cozy, warm, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There’s also a lovely patio where you can enjoy an asado or simply relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet it's easy to get to the city center thanks to frequent buses and easy access to taxis. The neighbors are also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Sofia and Daniela are the best hosts - so warm, responsive, and always willing to help with anything. I truly didn’t want to leave because I genuinely felt at home here. Highly recommend!

A very nice house, large and very comfortable. The location is very good. You re are close to downtown, close to the airport and the omnibus terminal. Pablo is always at your disposal to respond super quickly and clearly. Super equipped, 3 aires and washing machine to highlight. We thank you very much for your hospitality, if we return to mendoza I would definitely rent this house again

The truth is everything super good. The location of the house is incredible is a quiet area. Mauricio and Martha, super friendly and attentive to everything. The house is spacious and super cozy. We were 3 families, 10 people, and we didn't even notice.

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

The accommodation was impeccable, spacious and bright, really better than the photos can show in the publication. The location is unbeatable, two blocks from the park and on the main street of all the shops. Finally, Gabi welcomed us very kindly with all the necessary information to have a beautiful weekend. The location and space is exactly like the pictures and description. The apartment is bright and airy and the patio is amazing in the evening. Boris was always very responsive to questions and was fun to get to know. He and his family live downstairs and are available for any questions or ideas. I would highly recommend and we look forward to a return visit someday.

Beautiful place, super clean and comfortable to stay in the city of Mendoza. One block from Aristides Street, with thousands of dining options and bars. Also very close to Parque General San Martín. Julián was always predisposed, responded quickly to my questions and was very kind. I would definitely go back!

As described. Parking was a nice plus. Agustin was a lovely host and made sure my stay was 5 star. He also even offered assistance when I was ill. The space itself is nice and having a private entrance next door to his house is also helpful. It was clean, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and it was good for a few nights' stay. We enjoyed our time.

Excellent value for money! 100% complies with "luxury apartment" It's very nice! Super complete, it has good quality appliances! Fantastic heating, it has a patio with a super enjoyable barbecue and integrated with the rest of the house! The kitchenware is complete and of quality (it is Mendoza, city of wine and for example the glasses are of good quality, for me that is an important plus) In the photos the apartment looked nice but in reality it is much better!! Wooden floors, kitchen with marble breakfast bar integrated into the living and dining room. I could really live there forever! The beds are very comfortable! Good placards in the 2 bedrooms, both with access to the small patio with grill! It is a few blocks from the best restaurants and bars, there is a large supermarket 2 blocks away, bakeries etc…. And if you go by car, like us, it has a very safe garage. Fausto was always attentive to any questions! He responds quickly, and always in a good mood! Would definitely be back! Thank you!

Just good things to say about this place. Everything is clean, tidy and the same as the photos, everything is equipped, you feel at home. Super cute and safe environment. We were greeted by Silvana very kindly, we arrived at night and there were no problems. I would 100% recommend, to go back to Mendoza we would choose it again. Thanks!
