Beautiful house located in Mendoza capital, 300 meg Wi-Fi for those who work remotely. We stand out because we are pet friendly (we accept pets). A few minutes from the most important places in Mendoza, General San Martin Park, Central Park, the street with the best bars in the province Aristides Villanueva, downtown Mendoza, pedestrian Sarmiento, Colon Street, Las Hera Street. Easy mobility by public transport, and a metro tram that takes you to the wineries, etc.

Two-bedroom house located on Aristides Villanueva Street, in the heart of the restaurant and bar area. Two blocks from Gral San Martín Park, 1 km from downtown. Fully renovated, with very good lighting, parquet floors. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook, very good WiFi and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The parking is not covered but it is at the door of the house, in a closed area. No smoking anywhere on the property.

Kids are welcome, but you should know in advance that the staircase has no baby gate, and pool has no fence.
