All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. We are surrounded by great nature, within an 8 minute bike ride to iconic Nyhavn, and at reach of great culinary experiences. Walk 5 min and bath in the harbor! Copenhagen is a great city and you'll find rest here after a hard exploration day

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Big garden with orangery, lots of flowers and and your private evening terasse. You have a wonderful archetypical Danish nature and a lake right outside. Nearby all the sights of royal North Zealand such as Kronborg, Louisiana and Frederiksborg. You will have your own apartement, which is separate from the part of the house where we live.
