All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there are views of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there can be someone. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.
