Apartment holiday rentals in Capitola

This rental was perfect for what we needed - a home for a month while our house was under construction. It is walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy and movies and short driving distance to the beach, Santa Cruz, redwoods. The grounds were surprisingly private and pretty with winding paths through some old growth trees and pretty plants. The hot tub was great to have - my son and partner used it a lot even though it's winter here. Aneesa was so responsive to all our needs. Great for our family with a child under 6 but would be great for a single or couple as well. We had a great stay. Unbeatable for the price.

This is a beautiful place, right on the ocean, with beautiful views. So well equipped with everything you need. The gift food basket with local products and well stocked pantry was very welcoming. So many products in the bathroom and even extra towels and linens if you need them. Also was stocked with laundry supplies. Szuszi, the host was very responsive and proactive. Like many places right on the ocean, it did have a musty smell. This was fine for us, but may not be for those that are sensitive. We loved being able to walk along the beach and also around the nature preserves. It was a short drive into town and we enjoyed the recommendations left by the host for where to get groceries, get food, and local sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Oh, the views!!! I rented the space for family from out of town. They were over the moon. The location ‘right on the sand’ was incredible! That’s what you’re paying for. The home itself could be amazing with a few updates. A beach property will never feel clean with carpet. Just that simple change would make the home feel updated and bring more value. There is no light on the balcony, so bring a lantern if you enjoy sitting outside after sunset. Furnishings are dated but comfortable. Overall, the week with my family so close was the best thing I could ask for.

The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary and it was such a beautiful place to stay! Supper cozy and romantic! Even better in person than the pictures! All of the large windows overlooking the ocean was so awesome! And you can go to sleep listening to the ocean waves! This place is literally right on the beach! Like steps away which was awesome! And only like 15 min drive from Santa Cruz! The check in & check out process was super easy which was great! We did have a problem with ants wanting to attack the kitchen but other than that we have no complaints! Thank you!

Really nice place to stay. Clean and cozy. Enjoyed my stay. Parking is available for one car. Great for a group of 4 if its only 1 car.

What a lovely beach condominium! The view is spectacular....we could have just sat in front of the massive glass sliders and watched the view! The House Rules were clear and 100% manageable. The kitchen is sleek and well equipped! Walking to the beach was not difficult...just a small downhill to get there. Perfect weather!!!! (And I am in love with the fireplace!) Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Great location. We had one of our office guests stayed at the place. He felt very comfortable with the location. The local vibe of Willow Glen is really hidden jewel in San Jose area and 5 min drive to San Jose downtown. Thank you!

We loved staying at Lori and Mark’s. It’s a convenient location in the heart of Willow Glen. Great restaurants all around. Comfy clean bed with everything that we needed. We’d def stay again on our next trip to San Jose!

Good value, nice location, and nice setup for a short stay. It is right on a busy street but it is quiet inside.

This was an ideal place for me as it was a close, scenic drive to where I was participating in a 3 day dog sports event. The home was quiet, clean, inviting, had all the amenities and a very comfortable bed. I loved having the private outside patio. I especially enjoyed being welcomed by Gary and Irene who were a most delightful couple and gracious hosts.

We had everything we needed for our two night stay. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Communication was excellent.

We had a great stay at Mayela’s place! Communication was smooth and helpful she provided clear instructions and useful information before our arrival. The home was clean, comfortable. Parking instructions were very helpful as well. Overall, a great experience.

This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

Loved our stay. The room ended up being a one bedroom suite which was amazing and so spacious. The view was amazing and the property was beautiful. I wish we dedicated a full day to stay on the resort to make the most out of the cost. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Amazing views and walk to the beach. Beautiful beach! Perfect condo with lots of great touches like the bidet, and cutco knives.

We enjoyed our stay at David's condo. It had a lovely view of the ocean, and was very clean and well appointed. There was plenty of information about amenities, and things to do. David is a great communicator & host. This is a ground level condo in the main building, so we heard workers using gas powered trimmers and power washing the building beginning at 9:00am in the morning. Luckily, David provides earplugs in the condo, which came in handy.
