Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Capitola

I had a great stay here with my daighter and german shepherd. It was great to have the beach all to ourselves every morning by walking just a block over. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the greenery outside was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

comfortable spacious home in lovely quiet neighborhood! being able to walk to the dog beach and along the coast from the house was the best! in the am we’d pick up warm muffins along the way. very peaceful and quiet but convenient to restaurants and different parts of town. house was v clean, well cared for, comfortable beds, comfy huge sectional. kitchen was well equipped (viking range!)

Great place for weekend getaway with friends! Multiple spaces can be used for different activities, breakfast nook for eating, upstairs for board games, and outside for hanging out in the evening and using the hot tub. Super close to a beach as well as a few restaurants. Place was clean and had everything that we needed! Host was super responsive and proactive. Would come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming rental home! The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the historic district and just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Being able to explore the town on foot made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of character. It had all the modern comforts we needed, while still preserving the charm of its historic setting. We especially appreciated the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking about. Ali was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Julia’s house was perfect. Very clean, well decorated, but not cluttered. It has everything you could need for cooking. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

Perfect spot for our family during UCSC graduate weekend. Just two blocks to the beautiful coastal pedestrian path made for lovely morning and evening strolls. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy meals together. Hot tub was clean and hot and the patio is private. Host was responsive and kind. Would do it again!

Beautiful location and spacious house! The redwoods felt absolutely gorgeous. Great way to escape away from it all. Includes all linens. Clean house and well maintained property! Very responsive host who proactively provided us with recommendations! Lots of local wildlife including hummingbirds, song birds, and deer!

Wonderful spot. Quality home in a beautiful location. Very peaceful beach - great for families. We made a fire on the beach for s'mores. The pool/spa was busy but well maintained.

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The host was responsive and easy to work with, and the resort itself is stunning—perched above the water with incredible views. The home was spotless inside and out, and everything worked exactly as it should. We honestly wished we didn’t have to leave. It was the perfect place for us to escape the grind of unending obligations and just relax. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like; if we had one small wish, it would be for all three TVs to be smart TVs. We’ll definitely be booking this same place again the next time we’re in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and loved how close we were to the pool and trail to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the games available for our kids. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We had an Amazing Stay! Parking was great, right in front. Loved that the pool was just steps away and ocean view & walkways only 5-10 minute walk. Playground just around the corner! Place was crispy clean with so many amenities. Loved the decor made us feel right at home. Will Definitely be returning!!

Our stay at Emkay’s was magical and peaceful. He truly thought of everything and added special touches that made us feel welcome and comfortable. We spent our first day enjoying the private creek and beach area, and each night we relaxed in the hot tub before bed. I highly recommend staying here and taking in the beauty that surrounds this wonderful place. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place with a stunning view of the beach, incredible interiors, and amazing taste. The front and back gardens are beautiful, the kitchen is super well-equipped, and the beds are absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it – Ann is super kind and responsive. Oh, and by the way, the two most beautiful palm trees in the neighborhood are right in this garden. Don’t hesitate – just come, it’s a no-brainer!

Our family group of 10 had a wonderful stay here. The home itself is full of character and in a truly peaceful setting. The road leading to the home is quite narrow and requires careful driving (as stated in the listing) but the destination is worth it. We throughly enjoyed our time here and recommend it for larger families/ groups.

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences! The place was just like the pictures, private without feeling too isolated, and spotless. Shannon was an excellent host, very communicative and responsive, and even came to help us within 20 minutes when we managed to lock ourselves out. I also appreciated that there were no excessive cleaning requirements or checkout procedures, and everything came with clear instructions. I was told that a vehicle with a higher clearance would be good to have to get into the driveway, and I’d agree with this, but her instructions for getting to and from the place were really clear and easy to follow so no issues there. I’d definitely recommend this place for a nice peaceful getaway!

Hands down the best Airbnb we've visited. Very secluded and gorgeous property. The property is special and well-appointed. We loved the private beach. A great getaway from the hustle and bustle. Emkay was extremely friendly and helpful. They worked very hard to make this area a great stop on the journey. The unit was small and cozy, but it had everything we needed. We'll be back again.

Had such a great time staying in the Jazmine cabin. It is quite small, but expected. There are so many things to explore and see within walking distance and food is a 5 to 10 minute drive into town (I fell in love with the small town of Soquel). Emkay and Lara were amazing hosts, it's a bonus they live on the property. Which by the way is so zen and beautiful. I can't say enough about the "beach" area, it is so peaceful. Emkay and his family were so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We took our 2 little dogs and they had a blast exploring the property. I will be back.
