In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Cozy house equipped with all comforts

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
