Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capoterra

Our stay in Cagliari was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredibly central location of our accommodation. Being right in the heart of the city made it so easy to explore all the top tourist spots without any hassle. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our trip. The host was exceptional—extremely welcoming, attentive and responsive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful Sardinian treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the host remained incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all our needs and queries. We were especially grateful for the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Despite our early landing, the host kindly arranged an early check-in, and when one of our group fell ill, he graciously allowed a late checkout, ensuring we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we left Cagliari extremely happy 😁

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Best Airbnb & host we’ve ever had. 10000/10. He let us store our luggage’s early before check in, and later after check out. He gave us extra towels for the beach, and was very responsive and kind.

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

The house is very modernly furnished. The devices are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, the only thing missing is storage space in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

Clean and spacious studio in a great location just 10 minutes from everything you’d want to see. Has a modern feel in a fascinating old area. Luigi was a great host and I had no issues checking in or during my stay. Would recommend

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Valentina’s appartment was a standout for our time in Cagliari. Beautiful appartment in the centre of the old square. She anticipated every need of the guests including things we didn’t know we needed! Extremely friendly with fast response to communication. A beautiful appartment in a great location - would highly reccomend. Also great value for what we received.

Villanova was such a pretty place to have as a base, we felt very privileged to stay here. Erica's home is wonderfully placed to explore all the local areas by foot, everything we wanted to do seemed to be just 14 minutes walk, the area felt really safe. The home was clean and the photos are correct reflection of the home. Enrica was a wonderfully helpful host, she gave many recommendations of things to do, to see and places to eat, check in was great, we met with Enrica and she showed us around her home. We had a car to explore , so parking close by was a real plus, there is a multi story 5 minutes walk, it was safe and well lit at night, for 24 period it cost us £10 euro.

Beautiful apartment centrally located and spotlessly clean. Alessandra was a great host, providing little extras (UV beach umbrella, iron, bottle of wine) and helpful communication. Little noisy at night as people walked past but only to be expected in the middle of the capital and nothing continuous. Cant wait to come back again - we loved it!
