House holiday rentals in Capri

Maria's condo in Positano is exactly as described and pictured. Our group of 4 spent two nights and all said how much we would love to live there indefinitely. It's quite the hike down and back from the beach (but pretty much every Airbnb or hotel accommodation is). The only reason for 4 stars is that Maria was still cleaning the unit when we arrived at 3pm check in until 430-- for which she was incredibly apologetic. We were grateful the property is so well taken care of. Definitely don't forget to bring a swim cap down to the pool with you-- they won't let you get in the water without one! (Even if you have your hair up and don't plan to go under).

Monica’s place in Sorrento was a great location. Beautiful views from the piazza, great restaurants and shopping close by, beaches and marina were a short walk away. Monica’s partnership with the hotel was convenient for check-in. She handled our transportation reservation from the train station and to our next destination. If we were to come back to stay in Sorrento we would definitely have Monica’s place on the short list!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

This place was perfection! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of this incredible place. The pool and outdoor spaces plus the balcony with its incredible views were a huge hit! The family and their dog are so lovely and we couldn't say a single bad word about our stay here. Great location, big and spacious rooms, plenty of outdoor space and the pool was so good! If you are staying in or around Praiano then I wouldn't look anywhere else. It is even more stunning in real life. We can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a post card view of Positano and the coastline, this is the place to stay. The property was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. Air conditioning worked fine for us. Domenico was kind enough to help meet us and assist with our luggage. He even reserved a taxi for our Capri tour and recommend the La Strada restaurant. The food, service and close proximity were all great. One note to keep in mind is the number of steps to get to the property. It can be a bit of challenge for some. Otherwise, we had a memorable stay.

Rebecca was amazing! We had a special celebration for a friend and asked her to get us a cake and she made it happen last minute! She also arranged for a private chef dinner one of the nights and it was absolutely delicious and perfect! The property was beyond gorgeous! So lush and green with views of the water as well! We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a serene setting!

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

Incroyable séjour chez Vittoria. Accueil de qualité et très sympathique avec tout ce qu’il faut savoir sur Capri. Le logement est 100% fidèle à la description, donc pas grand chose à ajouter sauf ce point (très important ) : Le logement donne accès à un passage permettant d’être au port de Marina Grande en moins de 3min, sans passer par la rue, super utile !! Le logement est magnifique, très calme et le vue est exceptionnelle. Idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4. La cuisine est également très pratique. Je recommande ++++

Angelina非常热心非常有趣,用心的告诉我们房间的使用须知以及Wi-Fi连接，还有美食推荐。房间在山上，如果有大件行李的话需要先找到运输行李的公司运输,否则拿着行李上的谁会比较费劲. 除此之外，房间的阳台非常的平静漂亮，早上起来喝一杯咖啡非常的惬意，向大家推荐这里。

The place was clean and perfect. It felt like a nice small home rather than a hotel, and felt very comfortable to come back to after a long day of activites around the island. My girlfriend and I had no issues at all, and will definetly be returning during our next trip. The owners were awesome to contact, very friendly and reliable, and responded very quickly.

During my 2 week Italy trip I stayed in 5 air b and b and this place by far is my favorite!!! I wish I’d stayed longer! I will be coming back in October with my husband this time. Claudia was very pleasant and super helpful with checkin and checkout process. Most amenities provided from air dryer, shampoo to iron/steamer and of course the washing machine was our saving grace on this trip!

Herzliche Aufnahme der Gastgeber, Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos. Wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Es wurden genügend Utensilien (Spülmittel, Tücher, Kaffeepads, Handtücher etc.) zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war wirklich sehr schön.

The villa was spotless. The views from the balcony were amazing. This is in the pedestrian district so the are about 100 steps to the villa, but the views from up there make it worth the climb. Nadia was very responsive with recommendations for sites to see, restaurants etc. Thanks for a very memorable vacation!!

Mirna is a true gem. Saying that she is the perfect host doesn’t do it justice - in the weeks leading up to my stay, she checked in regularly to make sure that I was able to book activities (as things get booked up in the Sorrento Coast). She arranged for me to have groceries delivered since I wasn’t renting a car nor scooter. She provided so much information that guided all of my activities, and even when I needed to make additional plans, she placed those calls for me to ensure that I could get reservations. Her kindness was so appreciated. Her home is very clean and her housekeeper was so helpful, even helping me to carry my luggage up the small hill to the main road. Mirna provided coffee, the kitchen utensils that I needed to make my own meals, and I didn’t need anything more. The VIEW is as spectacular as Mirna is…rent her home, you will regret not doing so…in addition to renting a car or scooter (otherwise, she has the name of a fantastic driver)!

We spent a few beautiful days in Capri in Pierluigi’s place! We loved the position and view of Capri town, the apartment is perfect for a family or a small group, furnished beautifully and has a great kitchen with an outside area perfect to host a dinner. Pierluigi and Francesco manage this apartment perfectly. Their care and recommendations made our time in Capri unforgettable!

This place is amazing, the host very attentive. Incredible location close to everything, this place has everything you need to have an unforgettable exoerience. Definitively a 100% recommendation for people looking for excellence.

We had a wonderful stay as a family in this spacious 2-story Amalfi home. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the center square and beach. So close to everything we needed, yet still quiet enough to relax. The apartment itself was much larger than we expected, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. They made everything easy, from the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful video they shared to guide us right to the door. Every request or question we had was answered quickly and with care. It’s a place that helped make our family trip to Amalfi even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Laura! The house is very nice, modern and placed in a quiet and private place on the island, with a great roof terrace to enjoy. You can find a really good restaurant, Le Grotelle, nearby aswell as Villa Jovis if you want to experience Roman history. Super clean, kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was nice. Good communication with Natalia, and Maria who greeted us on the island was amazing! She gave us all the recommendations for the island and helped us book a private boat tour, and regularly checked in with us by text message to see if she could help us in any way. That was a wonderful surprise, to have someone to guide us during our stay and we felt that she really cared that we had a good time on the island. Thank you Maria, you made our stay even better! I recommend Casa Laura to everyone.

Très jolie maison dans le style de Capri où l’on se sent en vacances immédiatement. La vue depuis la maison et la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Le quartier est très calme et privé idéal pour se reposer non loin du tumulte de la piazzetta. L’accès à la maison demande un peu d’effort car Capri est montagneuse mais la vue et le calme compense largement. Nous avons adoré.

Really beautiful grounds and well kept house. Was perfect for our three day trip. If you are okay with an uphill walk and a place that’s a little farther away from main attractions this is a great option. We really enjoyed our time here and Maria’s family was so sweet. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Raffaele's apartment in Capri was wonderful! Even nicer than the photos - the little balcony off the bedroom was so cute. Just of the main square in Capri Town. Easy to find and quiet. Raffaele met us at the funicular exit and walked us to the apartment, gave us recommendations for things to see and where to eat. We had one of our favorite meals at Al Grottino. He was very friendly and an excellent host. Highly recommend.

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.
