Vous profiterez d'un cadre apaisant et serein à 1h15 de Bordeaux et des plages océanes de Hossegor, avec de nombreuses balades pédestres ou à vélo, à 10 minutes de toutes les commodités. A disposition : ping-pong, trampoline, raquettes, pétanque, fléchettes, babyfoot. Piscine uniquement en juillet et août : salée, chauffée, sécurisée, 12mx6m, ouverte de 12h à 20h.

In the heart of a green setting, a soothing place, cocooning, quiet but close to all shops and the medieval city of Bazas. Bordeaux is 35-40 min away, the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Ocean are about 1h15, the Graves and Sauternais vineyards are 10 minutes away. Our 55m2 apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a seating area (with TV and wifi), a spacious bedroom, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. An outdoor space to enjoy the garden.

"Les Pins" Cottage

"The Pins" is a gîte nested at the edge of the forest on "La Ferme des Filles". The farm covers 8 hectares of land typical to the Landes region. It is a beautiful spot, decorated with pine and oak trees, and bordered by a small river. The well-insulated gîte, made from Landes pine, is fully equipped. With games for children, magnificent landscapes for walking and a whole forest to discover, parents can enjoy complete peace of mind.

This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Secure parking on site. Baby bed.

The cottage of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. The Graves and Sauternais golf course is 5 minutes away and the Voie Verte du Canal de Garonne is 10 minutes away ! This old barn recently renovated a stone's throw from our house, offers you all the comforts, in a setting conducive to rest and discovery of the region.
