Monthly Rentals in Captiva Island

James's Airbnb on Sanibel Island is AMAZING. It is a tastefully renovated elevated 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The kitchen is well equipped, and bathrooms have plenty of vanity space. The showers are great as well. The house is just a short walk to the world famous Bowman's Beach - best shelling in the state of Florida. Communication with James is almost instantaneous - he responds very quickly to any question or concerns. If there were a step above Superhost - I would nominate James. Superhost++++++++. We had a very relaxing week. Everything was as described. Very responsive host to any questions we had.

Beautiful and quiet location. The property management company made it extremely easy to check in and out. They had our schedule and met us at the ferry dock to take luggage and tour the island before showing us to the house. Will be staying again

The South Seas condo was perfect for exploring and enjoying Captiva and Sanibel Islands. The beaches are a short walk away and the addition of the two bikes with the rental was a great value. We were able to ride everywhere including down to Sanibel and Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. The Condo has everything you need for cooking. If you plan on cooking meals bring all your ingredients because there are no pantry staples like spices and such. There is construction going on near the unit, but it doesn’t impede access to the beaches or town. Good to see Captiva is recovering from the hurricanes!
