The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

“Corte dell’Annunziata”, located in the historic center of Sulmona, stands out for its elegant furnishings, attention to detail and its large private garden - a peaceful retreat where guests can relax. The property offers a shaded patio, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and meals, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue perfect for cookouts with friends, and a hot tub (available only from May to September). This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
