Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Carabanchel

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

todo genial tanto la casa como la ubicación y sobre todo el trato. un 10.

Estuve en casa de Carlos con unos amigos y solo puedo decir que un 15 de 10. Carlos en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y nuestras necesidades. La casa estaba impecable y con todas las comodidades que alguien pudiera necesitar, además, Carlos nos dejó algunos amenities de bienvenida los cuales son de agradecer. Nada más llegar, también nos explicó cómo movernos por el barrio y nos dejó un mapa con restaurante y lugares de interés. Sin lugar a dudas, de las mejores casas en la que me he hospedado y que, esperamos poder repetir en el futuro :-)

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay. Javier’s daughter let us into the property and showed us around, she was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, which we were very grateful for. Garden area was lovely, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the BBQ or swimming pool as visit was in April and it wasn’t warm enough but garden would be fantastic in the summer months. We were pleasantly surprised that we could securely park our large (Ford Tourneo Custom) family car on the driveway- inside automatic gates, which allowed us easy loading and unloading of our luggage. We visited Parque Warner and Parque de Atracciones both of which were only a 25/30 minute drive away. Would throughly recommend staying in this property, house was spacious and had everything we needed for a brilliant stay. Thank you Javier! Xx

C'est un très beau logement, identique à la description. Avec beaucoup de prestations : lave vaisselle, lave linge, aspirateur, cuisine complète, draps, serviettes, barbecue, piscine.... C'est dans un quartier résidentiel très calme à 10-15 minutes en voiture du centre ville. Carolina et Fran sont toujours disponible si vous avez besoin d'une info ou un conseil. C'est une très bonne location, je conseil fortement.

desde el priimer momento Javier, nos facilito todo,es una casa espaciosa ideal para relajarte tanto si vas a trabajar cerca como para pasar unos doas de ocio ya que tienentodo cerca, un sitio seguro ,la limpieza de 10 solo podemos hablar maravillas de su casa ,nos resolvieron las dudas al instante, merece la pena

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

El pis és molt bonic i està ben decorat i equipat. Té una bona ubicació al costat de la porta de Toledo, i es pot arribar fins a la plaça Major tot fent un passeig. Repetiríem aquest allotjament.

Fijne centrale plek, alles op loopafstand. Aardige en flexibele host 👍🏼

Could not recommend Hugo’s place enough. It was like our own private resort. Incredibly roomy, very comfortable, great atmosphere, plentiful towels, pillows, linens and kitchen items. Great gourmet grocery store up the block. Very close to Parque de Retiro, Museo de Prado and Thyssen. Perfectly safe as well. My only complaint is the hot water ran out quickly for a group of 8. Plan ahead and space them out so everyone gets a hot shower. Again. Would definitely stay again when I come back to Madrid with a large group.

Great place right in the center of everything and walkable to most of the highlights in Madrid. Two back bedrooms very quiet and the front not particularly loud for being in the center of town. Host was very responsive and proactive checking in.

The apartment is large, in a quiet street, with great security. A great locale. Close to restaurants and walking distance to tourist attractions. Lovely old building with wide stairwell ... lots of room. Would definately stay the again.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was centrally located, very close to the Plaza Mayor, so there were lots of great dining options. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 3. The locks were all punch codes, so there was no need to retrieve or keep up with a key, which was very appreciated. We enjoyed having an afternoon rest and sitting on the small balcony watching the world go by. The only downside was the lack of elevator, but we knew that in advance. We were thankful to find that it is a true third floor apartment, so there are only two flights of stairs to clear with your luggage when you arrive. Would definitely stay again!

La casa está genial, perfecta para ir con amigos. Es cómoda, limpia y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Estás en plena naturaleza para dar buenos paseos desde la puerta de casa. Ismael, el dueño, ha sido una maravilla además, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Hemos pasado unos amigos el fin de semana en esta increíble casa. Es un alojamiento, moderno y acogedor, nos sentimos como en casa, lo recomendamos 100%. Limpio, ordenado, comodidad… Si hay que poner un “pero”, diría que las almohadas se deberían de mejorar, son muy blandas y la casa por la noche se quedaba un poco fría, la temperatura la tienen siempre a 22°, pero hacía un poco de frío en las zonas comunes, por las noches la mayoría dormía con alguna manta por encima. Independiente de esto, todo fue increíble.

Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lage: nah an Madrid und an der Sierra. Die Kommunikation mit Beatriz war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Alles ist neu und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Ideal für Familien und große Gruppen. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind bestens ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für das Bereitstellen des Babybetts. Die Räume lassen sich auch klimatisieren und perfekt verdunkeln. Bestens ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

La casa de Gema es maravillosa, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Una zona idílica donde pudimos descansar y desconectar con los peques tanto al aire libre, como dentro de casa, ya que cuenta con todo lujo de detalles y servicios. Encantados con la experiencia.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana maravilloso☺️.La casa es increíble,tan bonita como aparece en las fotos.Tiene todo lo que necesitas,está super cuidada y es una auténtica maravilla.A los dueños de la casa millones de gracias por dejarnos entrar antes y salir más tarde🙏 Ojalá podamos volver a disfrutarla,y que decir…que la recomiendo mucho y una vez más,muchísimas gracias!!!

La casa es espectacular. Hemos pasado un fin de semana genial. Es amplia, bonita, parece que estás en un Oasis, la verdad que de 10. Además el trato tanto de Iñigo como de él capataz Said fue inmejorable, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.

We absolutely loved our stay at VistaMadrid. We had a brilliant time using the pool and the interior is amazing. We loved having meals outside on the terrace and chilling by the pool. The house was equipped with lots of great amenities, and 14 min walk from a supermarket. Easy to find & Fransisco was very welcoming and responsive to any queries throughout the stay. Only downside was the bathroom situation in the loft, as there was no door, just a privacy screen, but we made it work. We struggled with 1 tea towel, so would recommend more. And the decking is uneven and a hazard (my mum did fall & hurt herself). Overall, it was a great stay, and well represented by the pics and description from the Airbnb site. We even managed to check out a bit later due to our flight time & Fransisco being so accommodating. We had a brilliant extra day by the pool, which was very appreciated! Thanks so much for being brilliant hosts, we would definitely stay again!
