A cosy apartment with Nerja's coolest view

Nowhere in Nerja do you have a more cooler view than on Calle Capuchinos in San Juan de Capistrano. Here you can enjoy the view of both sea, mountain as well as Nerja city. The apartment is styled in quiet warm natural colors in Spanish-Scandina style and is newly renovated in 2023. There are large private terraces on 2 levels with cozy sections for both meals and relax. Access to Nerja's largest pool area with restaurants, bars as well as supermarket within easy walking distance of the apartment (3-4 minutes)

Large communal pool **Due to Andalucia drought, pool temporary closed** Tons of outside space to relax, soak up the sun and dine al fresco. The absolute hi lite is the closeness to the beach, views and all the amenities at Playa Burriana. The old town is 15 mins uphill walk or 5 min taxi ride. Wifi, aircon and brand new bathrooms. A real gem. *Pool closed until 31/3/24

Situated at the top of award-winning Capistrano Playa Urbanization this bright, breezy apartment offers a taste of old Spain. Original features like brick arches and terrazzo floors have been preserved. Eclectic decor combines Moroccan rugs with modern furniture and local art works. There’s plenty of cooking equipment and a full pantry of basics that guests are welcome to use. For environmental reasons we have opted not to install air conditioning. Fans and space heaters are provided.

It consists of 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite, spacious fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies and a magnificent private roof (95 m) with outdoor furniture and beautiful views of the square and the mountain. Aa on every room Located within a 10-minute walk from the Balcony of Europe and the beach. Close to all kinds of shops (Mercadona 3 min or Pepco 1 min).

Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you and your loved ones will have everything at hand. The apartment is new and has been refurbished. It has 2 spacious bedrooms , fitted wardrobes and double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitro, oven, microwave, even with dishwasher! Air conditioning in bedrooms. The situation is perfect because it is at the entrance of a very quiet pedestrian road surrounded by all kinds of shops, bakery, supermarket, gym ...

Charming apartment in Capistrano Village with one bedroom and a large terrace with a sunny location in a quiet area. Bathroom with washing machine. Sofa bed in living room. Welcome to our lovely and bright apartment of 80m2 in Nerja on the sun coast, Costa del Sol! Sit back and relax in our quiet, stylish home. Magical views of the Mediterranean and Nerja are included! The apartment has two bedrooms and is located in Punta Lara at the end of the beach Playa El Playazo, just west of Nerja. You can easily walk to town (about 20 minutes) or the beach (5 min).
