We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and immaculate. Very well stocked kitchen spices coffee condiments. If you enjoy cooking it is very well equipped. We really felt like welcomed guests. Mango cafe and caribbean garden are within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend. Gorgeous views!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Apartment very well located in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate quality/price ratio and totally according to the description and photos published. The hosts are always attentive, very kind and provide information. In short, recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Cancun! The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which made our arrival super easy. The condo looked exactly like the photos—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. One of the best parts about this place is the location. It’s central to everything in Cancun—whether you’re looking to explore the beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, or nightlife, everything is just a short drive or walk away. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Best bang for your buck, nice sized rooms, balcony, amazing roof top for tanning and swimming. Literally across from playa tortugas where you can take ultramar ferry to isla mujeres and enjoy playa norte. Close enough to the night life and new shopping center. 10/10 would recommend if you want stay within a certain budget.

everything was perfect just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean is as described. very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I stop by

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

The place is nice, there is an Oxxo very close and it is very close to the hotel area and the railway exits if you plan to go out to Isla Mujeres. The area is quiet and the apartment is super neat, everything works and complies with what is indicated. The manager was always on the lookout for any issues. Just as a suggestion, it would be great to have a little more tupperware or refractory containers for cooking.

the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!

Nela’s place isn’t just beautiful but also very practical. It’s very close to the activities on the hotel zone but still in a private and quiet part of the zone. Nela is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and asking about your experience. Nela is also very generous with advice when asked. It was a pleasure staying at Nela’s beautiful place and we will definitely visit again very soon.

This place exceeded our expectations!! Eric & Daisy were great attentive host. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Additionally, I appreciated they had suggestions for shuttle services which saved us so much hassle. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and never too crowded. There was also a pool which was also nice to have around. Clean water for us to drink was provided, AC worked great, the condo was super spacious, the washer was a great amenity, convenience stores right across, and was walkable to many pick up locations for guides/tours. Can’t recommend this place enough!

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have a relaxing vacation and we found everything we were looking for and more in Marina's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is very well located with close by shopping mall, Soriana, OXXO, pharmacy and even a hospital just across the street from the condominium. Just outside the apartment doors is a nice view of the ocean and you have 3 jacuzzies and a big pool with enough beach chairs and umbrellas to take the sun and relax. Marina is an amazing very responsive host who is always available if you need help with anything. We would definitely come back to have another nice and relaxing holiday at Marina's apartment. Thanks Marina for everything and we look forward to come back to your beautiful apartment in the near future. All the best!

This will be my go to from now on. Location, Location, Location. It's directly across the street from Playa Tortuga, the ferry, and the catamaran. Its near the local bus stop, there are 2 24 hour stores feet away. The roof top infinity pool with the view was everything. I love that its not on the strip but just a bus ride away, so its not noisy. It was very clean and the area was safe. There is front staff and or security in the lobby 24/7. Thanks Eric.

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend
