Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

Luca is a very precise, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the home warm and welcoming, and the place very nice. Everything went very well.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even though it's still secondary. We really liked the style of the apartments with its vintage antique spirit! The small accessible beach nearby is not paradise, of course there are nicer beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I recommend getting to know Mario the "boss" of the beach and making you an ally . Despite his mite apparence, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story of a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

We loved it. Paola and Signora Anna are marvelous hosts. We will come back and stay longer.

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

Surrounded by greenery, the house is very nice and quiet,Dante and Annalisa are very helpful people, I will definitely be back,highly recommended as a strategic point to reach Pescara and neighboring areas.

The Baita nel Bosco is simply enchanting. Located in the upper part of the village in a secluded position, surrounded on 3 sides by the woods and overlooking the valley from which you can admire the sunset, enjoy the silence and spot the fireflies when it gets dark! The town of Caramanico is less than a 10-minute walk away and is therefore very convenient even if you want to reach the center of the town. The location is strategic for visiting almost every corner of that paradise called Majella and, right outside the house, there is the Orfento valley, one of the most extraordinary reserves in the area. Marcella was an exceptional host: friendly, helpful, kind, full of care and attention and lavish with advice on places to visit and things to do (in the house you will find many brochures, magazines and maps useful for the purpose). The house is very comfortable, cozy, the cleanliness really impeccable in every room. We couldn't have chosen better. It was a wonderful holiday, thank you Marcella!!

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino matches the description and photos. The sea is only 5 minutes away on foot and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs in a very beautiful Lido is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will certainly try again.

The house is very welcoming, located in the countryside with a view of the sea and the mountains on the other side. In fact, the location is optimal if you want to visit both the sea and the mountains. everything is very nice!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The apartment is very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and more. I highly recommend.

Small apartment with great views of the most beautiful sunrises on a lovely terrace. Worked fine as a base. Kitchen a little small - but thankfully super good opportunities for great food at a reasonable price within driving distance. Alberto is a great host and gave us great recommendations for excursions and dining. Not least the small market on Fridays a short distance from the house. Here our morning also started every day with wonderful coffee at the small coffee place. Some were shut down for the season though the weather was still great. However, this did not make our 9 night stay any less amazing. Thank you so much Alberto for all your information and flexibility with check in. We had a great holiday and hope to come again.

Our second stay at Alfredo's place. Equiped with all you need for a week long trip. Close to the beach, city centre, shopping mall, train station, bus stop.. Thank you Alfredo for being a great host.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

With her great tips on excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights of the region, she gave us real insider recommendations that enriched our vacation. You can just tell that Pia is a host with heart and soul - her lovingly furnished Airbnb radiates exactly this warmth. It was sparkling clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could wish for. We felt completely comfortable and welcome – like with good friends. We have already recommended Pia with full conviction and are already looking forward to seeing her again. Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

Firstly, I cant thank Letizia and her family enough for the flexibility with check in and friendliness/assistance during our 6 night stay. The property is split into three separate dwellings, we stayed on the ground floor of the main house. Accommodation was perfect for the 6 of us in the party. The BarBQ /dining area was the highlight for us, perfect for spending the warm evenings with our family - perfect.
