The apartment is beautiful, clean, quiet and with lots of light. Highly recommended!!

Very nice place with lots of amenities. the bed does seem like a full size but more an xl twin, 2 people might have difficulty sleeping in it. the view from the porch is spectacular. You do have to climb a lot of steps to get to the place. Also, its halfway between the beach and 'town' so if you don't have a car, its a lit if steep climbing. It's a very charming place.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

What a great stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures. Was super nice and comfortable. Definitely worth the money we paid. Would highly recommend!

I want to thank Luis for his hospitality, he was always attentive to questions and responded quickly. In fact, without asking for help, he was already giving me instructions to facilitate my arrival and of course we loved the place. He welcomed us with a gift👌🏻. If I return to Costa Rica, I will definitely return to Luis's Airbnb. To be recommended!!

Had a beautiful time at Anne’s place. Enjoyed the beaches near by and the home was very beautiful along with the view. Should’ve kept in mind that yes the beach is 10-15 minutes walking, however you will be walking down a very steep mountain and to go back up was also very steep. Besides that the stay was very pleasant.

The place is excellent. I was most impressed by the variety of birds that came to the area, with diverse flora and incredible tranquility. This is a dream house separate from the noise of the city. I loved it, so I recommend it 100%. I will definitely choose it as a destination next time. In addition, Beatriz is very attentive and communicative.

Great stay close to restaurants and grocery stores. We were very comfortable here. A/C in master only which was not a problem for us it was just 2 of us. And there was usually a breeze through the slider. We would stay again.

This place was fantastic, exactly as described and even better. The balcony view is unmatched and is just a short walk from the beach from inside the residence. The beach was very private and peaceful. I most definitely will be staying here again.

Very responsive host. Easy checkin. One of the best features is you do not have to worry about your car at all. It is in a private gated community with a 24/7 guard. It is not right in the center of Jaco where all the loud and noisy bars are but it’s close enough to easily walk to them if you wanted to. Right across the street is a liquor store and there is also a coffee shop in the same block. A grocery store as well. Very well located.

Melissa’s place is beautiful! The photos don’t even do the view justice. Very safe community with some restaurants, fishing, pool day club, all within the community. Tons of towels and fully equipped kitchen, this place has everything you need and more. About 20 mins from Jaco, beach is a 5 minute drive, and the pool is right outside the Airbnb. I would highly recommend staying here!

My husband, three-teenaged kids, and I had an amazing stay here! The condo is a great location close to the main strip for restaurants, shopping, groceries. The resort is well kept and the pool is top tier. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo has washer/dryer and A/C which was necessary for our family of five. Communication with host was easy. We had an issue with water leaking from master BR’s A/C unit and Phil immediately had the issue rectified. We rented a car and drove from SJO airport, and we are so glad we did! Getting around is easier with the Waze app. It took us about 2 hours to get from SJO to condo due to afternoon traffic and about 1 hour and 15 minutes for return to airport in the early morning with less traffic. We give our stay at Anik and Phil’s a strong five star!!
