This 3100sqft Villa includes 2 master suites with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the suites has an ocean views, and doors to the patio and pool. There an additional 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a stovetop oven. A half bath, washing machine and dryer is located just off the home's entryway. The living and dining area has an open flow that leads outside to a covered patio and the pool area.

Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.

Unique Balinese inspired treehouse overlooking a seasonal river, butterfly garden and tropical fruit orchard. Built with locally sourced lumber that was mostly milled on the property and complemented with keepsakes and carved wooden accents collected while exploring Indonesia and Thailand. This is a birder’s paradise with daily visits of scarlet macaws, parrots and toucans. One would question if this is not the most amazing view San Jose has to offer.
