Monthly Rentals in Caravia

The place was very well kept, clean and with every detail. Communication with Asunción was always very quick and she was available for anything unexpected that might occur. The person who gave us the keys and showed us the house was also always available and gave us many recommendations for places to visit there. We were very comfortable and it would certainly be a place to go back to.

We enjoyed our stay at the "La Casina del Prau" very much. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with attention to detail and the kitchen is well equipped. We arrived and felt comfortable right away. The view from the panoramic window is really beautiful and the outdoor area is beautifully designed, perfect for breakfast, drinking coffee, etc. or just to relax and enjoy nature. If we ever find ourselves in Colunga again, we would be happy to stay at "La Casina del Prau" again. Many thanks to the hosts 😊

Nacho's villa was super!

Very nice typical house, quiet, very well placed to discover Asturias, both the coast and the mountain. Jesus was extremely kind, very welcoming, and was proud to share his heritage. We only stayed two days but if we are lucky enough to return to the area, we will definitely go back to his place!
