Monthly Rentals in Carbonia

Federico's apartment is great, everything very clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Everything worked and the area is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable, good coffee maker and private garage (not for big cars). Federico was always available immediately. We highly recommend the apartment.

I stayed in Carbonia from Maurizio, a kind, welcoming and helpful host throughout the duration of the stay. The house is very well cared for, clean and its location is strategic to get to all the main attractions that South Sardinia has to offer. Amazing beach destinations are just a 15-minute drive away. The host also offers a small garden with a barbecue, to spend the evening with friends. In addition, I was greeted with a great basket of typical Sardinian products that Maurizio kindly gave us making us enjoy our experience in this fantastic place. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

As a solo traveller using public transport this place was great. The town centre and market is 10 minutes away and the station and big supermarket only 20 minutes. The house was quiet and safe, and all the amenities modern and clean. Alessio was very accommodating and his English way better than my Italian. A very comfortable stay.
