El Refugio (VV2526AS)

El Refugio is a small house in the middle of a large area of vegetation, ideal for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle. Due to its geographical location, El Refugio is located in the heart of the cider region, just 7 km from downtown Villaviciosa, 15 km from Rodiles beach and 35 km from the Covadonga Lakes and very close to fishing villages such as Tazones, Lastres, Cudillero, Luanco and Candás. In the area there are several routes for walking or if you prefer by bicycle alone or with family.

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.
