The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other amenities: private parking (upon prior request) ... €20 per day Come and enjoy! The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. TAXIS The nearest taxi rank is at Piazza Tuscolo a few minutes' walk away. CYCLE You can hire bicycles locally from Info Point Appia Antica, Via Appia Antica, 58. This is a great way to visit the Appia Antica Park. SCOOTER HIRE Hiring a scooter is a great way to get around Rome. There are a couple of places in the centre that specialise in renting to tourists, e.g. BICI & BACI, Via del Viminale, 5. It is designed for you to go out to take the air, read a little or just enjoy the climate of Barcelona from the barrier. A simple luxury, but much appreciated at the end of the day. No need to fill the suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, dryer or iron; here you will find everything. Honestly, we don't think that with everything to see in Barcelona you need, but you have TV in case one night you decide that the best plan is just to stay and watch a movie.
