Pleasant studio independent of our house where we will have the pleasure of hosting you. It is on the ground floor next to the pool which you can enjoy during the beautiful days. It is located in a residential environment in the town of Bouliac, a village on the hillsides just 10 minutes from the historic center of Bordeaux, 5 minutes from the new Arena concert hall, 30 minutes from St Emilion, and 1 hour from the ocean beaches, the Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret.

This house is on our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of vineyards. It is a very quiet place, not overlooked but yet close to the city and traffic routes. Several travelers have told us that the place is a very good base for visiting the area. The rented house (where our children used to live) was completely renovated in 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
