You rent a small but charming detached house with balcony, terrace and small garden, only 8 minutes walk from the lido Faak/See. To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

Whether hiking, cycling, simply relaxing on the beach or exploring nearby Villach - all this is possible on beautiful Lake Faak. Popular excursion destinations such as the Dobratsch and Mittagskogel are also within easy reach. Perfect for a relaxing and undisturbed holiday.

House on the edge of the forest with private bathroom at Lake Wörthersee

The apartment for 2 persons is cozy and lovingly furnished and is characterized above all by its quiet location, good forest air and the large terrace (30 sqm), and is our best booked apartment. On the terrace, there is terrace furniture and sun loungers. Our in-house private bathroom and the partly discounted, inexpensive beach is only 2-3 min by foot. With us, the guest is king and we always strive to beautify our guests' vacation.

Our lake apartments all have direct access to the lake. The apartment has a balcony from where you can enjoy the lake. Immediately in front of it is our private bathing beach with a jetty, where cozy garden loungers and parasols invite you to relax.
