Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while children sleep comfortably on the high-quality sofa bed in the living room, also with its own bathroom. Relax on the 32 m² roof terrace or at our private beach (800m) with your own cabin, loungers, and free SUP boards. With a modern kitchen and free parking by the water, this is the perfect spot for luxury and peace.

Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Kinder und Tiere sind auch Herzlich Willkommen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus. Da wir in einer guten Lage sind gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ortstaxe ist bitte noch extra in der Unterkunft zu bezahlen.
