The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Der See ist in 4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Seezugang und Badeplatz mit Steg liegt in etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Zugverbindung nach Klagenfurt und Villach. Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Op warme zomeravonden is het terras met zitgelegenheid de perfecte plek om de dag af te sluiten. Vanuit het chalet kunnen mooie wandelingen gemaakt worden.

This barrier-free bungalow is suitable for families, seniors, and the disabled. Beach and all amenities are to be used by all guests of our houses. 3 Bungalows in total for max 20 people. Can also be booked as a group accommodation. No pets allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. A deposit of €250 is required for damages.

The 100 m² apartment with wooden floors is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Due to three separate bedrooms, it is ideal for a large or multi-family stay (up to 8 people). *** Private lake access at Lake Faak *** We are one of the few private landlords on Lake Faak who can offer the pleasant luxury of a private beach. The apartment also has its own bathing cabin with umbrellas and sun loungers.
