House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Willkommen in unseren Holiday House mit herrlichem Panoramablick. Auf einer Ebene mit 110m2 befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Bad & WC, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Vorraum/weiteres WC. Chill-Out-Area mit zwei Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Alleinige Hausnutzung. Lage: ruhig, 2 Parkplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Hermagor, Wanderwege vor dem Haus oder auf den umliegenden Almen, Presseggersee oder die Talstation Nassfeld in 10 Minuten und der Weißensee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
