Joel & Jess Apartment was splendid. My husband & I drove while we were in Perth and the instructions they gave were very clear on how to park the car and also retrieve the key to enter the apartment. There’s a bus stop anyway right just in front of their apartment if anyone chose not to drive. It definitely felt like home although we were away from home. We felt safe too throughout our whole stay here. The apartment is close a stretch of mainly Halal food (which was very important for us) and also desserts and other bubble teas. We usually park the car and take a stroll down the stretch in the evening. Coles, Kmart, Woolsworth was also just a few minutes drive away and that was definitely helpful for our groceries and snacks. We had some small problem during our stay and they were so responsive too. I truly appreciate my stay here and will definitely choose Joel & Jess Apartment again when I’m back to Perth. This is my all time favourite airbnb. This place be to me like key be to lock. Beautiful old home with high ceilings, the furniture is spread out and well positioned so there's are atmosphere of free movement and space. The kitchen is positioned so it gets a lot of sunlight, making it ideal for meal preparation during the day, it gets quite warm though. You can really feel a temperature drop as you walk to the front of the house away from the kitchen. You would have to use the aircon on the hotter days while cooking but it's still far superior to the average modern home. The bathroom is spacious, there's no shower curtain because it really isn't required. There's a large window you can open and have a shower while listening to the birds in the morning. There's really nice soap and hair wash provided so you don't need to worry about bringing your own. All the rooms are super spacious and the bed I slept in was really comfortable. There's loads of pillows everywhere 😴 You'll love it!

It was a great days of stay with May's home! She was accommodating to our early check in request as our flight arrives early morning. I appreciate her understanding. Place was convenient to albany hwy(halal food), close to carousel Westfield as well - for driving! Definitely will return if i come bck 😊
