Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Carmel Valley

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was cozy, cute, and warm — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was super kid-friendly and comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches and cozy spots to lounge or rest. We especially appreciated all the seating options throughout the space and fell in love with the clever wall-mounted ironing board! The patio was a peaceful little haven, ideal for morning coffee or evening chats. Dennis was incredibly kind, friendly, and always had a smile — such a welcoming host.

We loved staying at Kim's beautiful property. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. Had everything we needed, and the location was amazing. Kim has clearly put alot of effort and love into creating a beautiful, artistic and peaceful retreat. You can make reservations for lunch at the gorgeous Haute Enchilada. And it was a short walk from a gorgeous beach and the harbour. We would happily move in permanently!

I highly recommend this spot. A short walk to a grocery, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach. The home itself is very nicely maintained, updated, and very clean. And I gotta throw in some extra kudos for the sheets. I am no fabric guy but wow, they’re soft! The off street parking is perfect too. Highly recommend!

My group and I were in town for a wedding in Monterey. It was a short drive to Monterey proper. The home is private, tucked away in a neighborhood. Main Street has close by grocery stores, fast food etc. BJs home was clean, welcoming and had many beds to accommodate our group. We were welcomed with beverages and snacks and provided with clear instructions for check out as well as local recommendations. BJ was communication was clear, responsive and it’s evident he is an experienced host. I would recommend his home to travelers visiting from out of town.

The place is beautiful and bigger then what I had imagined it was going to be from the pictures. The Beds are so comfy and the couches. Restaurants, gas stations and grocery store are near by so you don't have to drive far and love how it was centered to the places we ended up visiting. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jordan's place. The pictures don't do it justice. The place was beautifully decorated with great little touches from snacks and wine for the adults, toothbrushes, and very comfortable beds (one is adjustable bed). It is a block from the beach with stunning views where we saw sea lions, seals and otters every day.

We had such a lovely stay here! The home is beautiful, and our kiddos (2 yo and 4 yo) just love it here as well. We had so much fun eating family dinners on the patio outside, and we also loved watching the sunsets (and the fog roll in) on the front deck. We try to come out to Carmel once a year and this is our second time staying at Holly’s home. We look forward to staying here again for our next trip!

Condo was conveniently located close to all the attractions in Monterey and easily drivable to lots of great trials for hiking, both along the coast and in the woods.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a really lovely stay at Lisa's place. The setting is really beautiful and peaceful and the space is lovely and cosy. There were lots of thoughtful touches and Lisa was super friendly and easy to communicate with.

we loved our weekend at the Poppy Farm. we had one issue, and Karina addressed it immediately, going above and beyond as a host. this is a cute little cottage with a beautiful deck and gorgeous view. it's away from the hustle and bustle is Carmel by the Sea, yet close enough to run over for a meal.

My family and I are looking for a quiet weekend getaway and this house was the maximum it has everything you need to relax from a good bed to a pool if you're thinking about it stop and book now!

This was such a lovely little oasis. It was so quiet and peaceful. The location was great, just a short drive to downtown Carmel and nature walks. We loved to sit out on the patio in the evening enjoying the space.

We loved our stay here! The rooms, bed sheets, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. The decor was charming and thoughtfully done. Our kids especially loved the snack bag the host prepared for us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

Staying at Alexandra's was perfect! Traveling with our senior dog we had the comfort and space to enjoy a getaway! The neighborhood was very peaceful, walkable, and had a view of Monterey. Alexandra's space was filled with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home, we utilized the kitchen and made some seafood pasta! Alexandra's description of the space was exactly as described, and we highly recommend!
