We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

We had an amazing time! My 3rd time on the island and my wife's first. first time in an airbnb and I'll probably never book a hotel again if the lodgings are half as nice as Annette's studio apartment. Thanks for allowing is to create memories, we'll be back next spring!

We had an amazing time at Carlos's Airbnb, the dock was amazing to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the boats and jet skis go by. He responded quickly and when we had an issue with the drain he sent his friend right over to help. The area has amazing kiosks and is very peaceful, Ubers were accessible and not too expensive to get where we needed to go. We highly recommend this spot especially for a romantic get away with your significant other. We will definitely be back to this spot, thank you Carlos for an amazing stay ❤️

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

I could not say enough good about this beautiful Airbnb, the proximity to the beach is unmatched and something rare to find at the price point! Our stay felt like heaven, we didn’t even need to leave Isla Verde to enjoy every bit that Puerto Rico has to offer! The views were stunning, the place was exactly as described and I would be happy to come back again! I’m so thankful for this amazing Airbnb and for Vivian and all she did to make sure we had an incredible visit! Thank you so much!

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

Great restaurants around the area. Private beach access and super clean. Loved the place will love to stay again!

The condo looked just like the pictures. The private beach access was nice, and it was in a convenient part of town. It was also very nice to have A/C.

Yolanda and Lisa were friendly and proactive. They stayed in communication with us during the whole trip not just the check in. As soon as we entered the home we found a beautiful welcome basket with a handwritten note welcoming us! The home was cozy but definitely had everything you would need (pots, pans, etc..). Absolutely loved that they had beach equipment at the ready for us to borrow (chairs, towels, cooler). The beach was right there and that was our favorite part. The windows behind the bed had black out curtains but window in the kitchen did not. If I needed to have a gripe that would be it but we would definitely stay again!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.

We had an amazing stay at Peter and Jaylee’s airbnb. This was my second time staying here and it never disappoints! They are so responsive and helpful! Peter and Jaylee are also very understanding and accommodating. Communication is top notch and the airbnb is absolutely beautiful and spotless! It is right in front of Isla Verde Beach and is walkable to so many places and is a short ride to Old San Juan. We loved our stay here and hope to be back again soon! 🩷

Beautiful space in a safe building right near the beach. Walking distance to an almost private beach. Main Living room is perfect to host a large group or family. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment to cook large meals and host. A/C works very well and the beds are very comfortable. The private Roof top access is the cherry on top. I would highly recommend this place.

If you’re thinking about booking this place - do it now!! Literally just as described, incredible ocean views and so close to the airport. So many fun things to do around and old San Juan is a 15 minute ride. Janisse is so sweet and answered any questions I had quickly. The check in is a bit tricky but follow the instructions she posted. I love that we were able to walk to the beach, and there are beach towels and umbrellas. Such a cute and cozy space.
