We are in Isla Verde (San Juan's nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than $1. Our area is very lively. No need to rent a car. Fully remodeled 1 bedroom w/ king bed, full sofa bed, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security. You will absolutely love.
