It was only one night before my flight but the place was near the airport and very convenient, I did have a car! Perfect for what I needed!

Great place to stay in San Juan. Best part is that there is parking available on the street and the beach was just a 5 min walk. The host was friendly and responsive. Plenty of daylight in the studio during the day (really loved the natural day light in bathrooms).

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

This was a fantastic price for a great stay in a friendly community! Gigi and her son were warm and welcoming and made my partner and I feel at home. They also have two lovey dogs who greeted us and everyday. My family is from PR and I wanted to be mindful of who I was renting from and what community I was in and this exceeded all expectations. There are plenty of beautiful coffee shops and restaurants. The area is walkable and the neighborhood is very secure and gated. The backyard is picturesque. This is perfect for a couple or solo traveler

Melody is a great host, the rooms where great. Great location and service for the price. Highly recommend Melody´s place. When I came back to PR for sure I would stay where Melody´s Place is.

Very kind and attentive hosts. I felt very safe the entire time. I stayed for a month and if you know PR you know there are power outages; they made sure to get the generator working immediately so that I could get back to work.

At first it was difficult for us to get there because the GPS location took us to another street, but we wrote to the hosts and they answered super fast, they sent us another and we arrived well! They were very kind, the place was impeccable, very nice.

Love staying here! Everything was clean and the hosts were very friendly. Got a car while staying in PR for a week and this was such a great location, about 20minutes from any beach and downtown San Juan. They provided beach gear and towels which was all so helpful. The family is very sweet and caring. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants. The only things that I wished the apartment had were a broom to sweep up any sand and places to hang beach towels to dry.

Victor was a wonderfully responsive, respectful, and proactive host. He remotely helped us with the WiFi that went out a couple of times, but that was our only complaint. It was so lovely for me and my boyfriend to get a little taste of Puerto Rico living! This listing was a perfect place/size/availability of amenities for those wanting a comfortable and safe place to make home base for your trip.

My family and I had enjoyed our stay at Jose’s house this summer. The home was beautiful and welcoming and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk from the spectacular Ocean Park Beach. The area is safe and lovely. We hope to return soon!
