Apartment holiday rentals in Carpinteria

This was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. We had our 10-month old with us, crawling around every inch of the place, and so I got a close-up view of the baseboards and corners and under furniture. The cleaners deserve a bonus! Beside that, this unit is very nice for a basic apartment building -- it feels recently updated and it gets wonderful afternoon light this time of year (April). The tree-lined street is quite charming, and the location is ideal for walking to explore the Funk zone, State Street, and harbor. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful multi-week stay at Perry Perch. It is a beautiful unit with a sun-filled living room/kitchen area that we particularly loved. The location is perfect — close to State Street and the beach. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location, walking distance to the beach. Multiple, good food options within walking distance as well. Place was very clean and binder was very clear on all expectations and rules.

Beautiful New unit! Needed wash cloths in bathroom and dish towels in kitchen but still everything was Nicely done! Easy walking to food and beach!

I would highly recommend Jonathan’s place to anyone looking to stay in Santa Barbara. It was incredibly clean, kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything you could need, very comfy bed and a special mention must be given for the shower (great shower head and nice water pressure)

Location, location, location! You are located between 101 exits so no matter which direction you want to go you are quickly on the freeway. Or, if don’t mind a mile walk along the beach, you can walk to State St and all the restaurants. It was so convenient!

Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

We had a wonderful stay in Montecito while helping our daughter move during the busy UCSB graduation weekend! The apartment was absolutely perfect—clean, beautifully decorated, and tucked away in a peaceful, charming neighborhood. It offered the perfect mix of comfort and luxury, and we truly felt at home. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Santa Barbara, UCSB, and the stunning beaches. The area was easily walkable to local dining and shops. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and relaxing evenings with ocean breezes after the festivities. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. This trip was such a special moment for our family, and staying here made it even more memorable. We will be back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—especially for UCSB families!

My wife & I stayed for the month of March. Fantastic location for walking to parks, shops and restaurants. Also easy drive to Santa Barbara, Ojai and Ventura.

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

I had a very late check in and Jennifer accommodated my needs. She was responsive and able to get me checked in even though it was very last minute and late. I appreciate her willingness to help and work with me.

Great location with clean studio style apartment. Downtown is just a few minutes away. Eduardo is responsive and very professional.

This place was an absolute dream. Myself and 5 other graduate students were a bit of a tight fit, but we knew that going in, and the quality of the space was well worth both the cost and the closeness. We enjoyed being able to spend good time in the common space, share meals together at a lovely table, and (best of all) walk super quickly right on to the beach and into a super cute town! Lisa was very responsive and clear with what we needed to know, too.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Excellent property with excellent owners - we stayed for a couple of days during our son’s Pepperdine graduation and the property met our needs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. Strong communication. Highly recommended

Would definitely stay again! 5 minute stroll to beach, lots of parking, great amenities and patio. Short drive to downtown or airport. 15 minutes. Very comfortable!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.

Great place. I've stayed there a couple of times already. Communication is always a breeze. Check in is automated and easy. The apartment complex is beautiful and the area is nice.

This might be my new favorite vacation spot. Carpinteria is such a wonderful little town! Staying in this condo was a joy. It was just a few yards to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great, and all the other residents were very friendly! The condo had everything we needed and was totally ship shape. Dave was flexible when I needed to amend my booking, too. Highly recommend.
