The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.
