We were family plan 3 adults and my son, the stay was quite well, the apartment complied with everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when entering so much so that we did not have to communicate for anything in our time in the apartment. This apartment was excatly like the photos.. no surprises! It was clean that walking barefooted was an option. Alejandra was responsive when I did have my 1 question about recycling. Checkin is equivalent to checking into a resort, be prepared for a little wait. Otherwise, My husband and I enjoyed the apartment & the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

Andre was great to deal with! He was very friendly and responsive. The pictures do not do the unit justice, I was better than expected, great amenities and an amazing view. Wish it was possible to give more than 5 stars!

Amazing place where to stay if you are in Cartagena! Great location by the beach and pool downstairs! Balcony view was amazing and definitely our favorite spot for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner 🥰 apartment was modern, clean and with everything you need! Owners made sure we have everything for cooking(oil, seasonings, coffee) and we really appreciate that we didn’t have to buy all that 🙏 Definitely the place where we would love to come back! Thank you for having us !

My experience in the apartment was wonderful. It has a beautiful view of the sea that can be enjoyed from the inside, and the decoration is tastefully cared for, which makes the space feel very cozy. The location is excellent: easy to access, in a safe area and with a mini pharmacy right next to the entrance, ideal for getting anything you may need. In addition, the hostess was very attentive and always made sure that everything was fine. Highly recommended!

Great place to say walkable to beach and restaurants close to the old city and airport. 24 hour staff. Host responds quickly and very accommodating. Room looks exactly as pictured .

Perfect stay on the 28th floor, in the beachfront with a pool on the 40th floor. Elsa is always ready to respond to messages and the guys at the reception are really very helpful. Recommended

Fernando’s hospitality is top level and his responsiveness brought peace and calm to the overall experience. The hot tub was terrific. The space itself was very clean and everything else was right outside of the suite, like stores, banks, beaches, restaurants, etc. I foresee us staying with Fernando in the near future yet again.

I 100% recommend Maria's apartment.. it is very nice.. it has all the comforts.. the spectacular sea view we enjoyed it.. Everything worked perfectly.. the apartment was very clean and tidy.. there was a hair dryer.. all.. the balcony overlooking the sea excellent.. What a surprise this apartment. Close to the walled city, close to the beach, apartment equipped in detail. Jesus was an excellent host with clear and simple instructions. The pool on the 30th floor is spectacular. the bed is very top. The apartment super clean. I'll stay here again in the future. Thank you!!

Morris City was a great building and centrally located. The apartment was great with amazing views. Sonia was an amazing and friendly host. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
