Cabin holiday rentals in Carter County

So glad that we stayed here! We were in the area for drag races and the house and location worked out perfectly for us. The house was spacious and provided an opportunity for our family to spread out. Jade was incredibly responsive and we loved the relaxing and thoughtful touches!

Brenda"s attention to detail was beyond amazing. She thought of the little things that I would have never missed, if she hadn't thought of them. A pre-stocked coffee and pancake bar are just two examples. The beds were absolutely perfect for my wife and I, with the feel of the luxury bedding found in a high end cruise ship suite. The cabins are conveniently located whether your look for a hideaway weekend, attending a race at Bristol. Close to downtown Elizabethton, TN, that has a main street with old timey, but artsy vibe. I highly recommend Monarch Mountain Cabins to anyone looking for the perfect, secluded getaway.

Eagles peak was a comfortable place to stay near the Sugar Hollow wedding that we came to attend. The living room was great, kitchen was full of pans, etc with coffee maker, ice maker, lots of storage. We appreciated the basket of cooking spices. Several of our party enjoyed the hot tub and the extensive deck was great! Lots of places to sit - sun, shade, rocking chair, picnic table. We saw a doe and baby deer from the deck, lots of birds on the wire and flitting around the bushes. A couple people went to the nearby winery and mercantile, they were able to pick up a few necessities there without driving far. We had dinner in Boone one evening, not too far, (the other dinners were at the wedding venue). Julie was quick to respond to questions and had excellent suggestions of places to visit and eat. It was a wonderful family gathering.

Such a beautiful cabin and Elaine was so responsive, including when my toddler locked us out of the bedroom. 🤣 Absolutely loved the view and the cabin was so cozy.

Amazing , Amazing , Amazing Very clean , cozy and nice. Great amenities, beautiful surroundings. River acess and hiking , hotub , fireplaces , and firepit made this an amazing Mountain getaway. I will visit again !!!

The house was outstandingly beautiful! Neighborhood was quiet and exclusive. The porch had a beautiful view. The grill was a nice feature to have. We enjoyed our stay. House was clean. It was nice to have an option to use a canoe. It rained most of our visit so we did not get the chance to take it out. The walk to the lake is not far but it is all uphill on the way back.

Had a lot of fun, dogs loved the creek in the backyard. Some awesome hiking walking distance from the house. Would love to come stay again

The house was comfortable, quiet, and in an absolutely beautiful spot on the lake. It was easy to find and offered peace and tranquility for a family vacation. It is in a somewhat remote location (which is what we were looking for!) so be prepared to drive and take daytrips to other activities of you don't plan to stay on the property for your entire stay. Janelle offers plenty of suggestions on local places to visit. Definitely recommend this lake house for a water front, relaxing vacation with your people.

Christie and Donaven were super responsive and accommodating - they also checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. We loved the space! Cute and cozy. The bedroom area was quiet and dark at night. We also appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We hope to visit again soon!

Chris's cabin and property are beautiful! We loved having the river right behind us to play in with our puppy. Everything with the cabin was great, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of wood for the firepit, charcoal for the grills, and an amazing view of the river and surroundings. Very private and very remote, I would strongly recommend having an SUV/all-wheel drive vehicle. We saw two black bears as we were driving back to the property which was fun to see (but glad they weren't any closer or on the property). Chris is very helpful with instructions for getting to the place, and was very responsive when we had questions. We definitely hope to go back and highly recommend this property!

We loved the cabin. It was so quiet and very happy to be able to bring our dog with us. House was spotless! I would return to stay in the future.

A little piece of heaven beside a peaceful bubbling brook. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time. I have no complaints. Teresa couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

Fun place, roads to get to the property are a little tight but to be expected for a mountain cabin. Views were awesome.

Surrounded by beautiful mountains, it offers a breathtaking view. The nearby town is enchanting, filled with picturesque scenery, local shops, and cozy cafes. Every moment felt like a peaceful retreat from daily life. The cabin's beauty and the town's charm made for an unforgettable experience. Our host, Mike, was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing our dogs to come. There's a huge yard where they could run and play. Whether you're looking to hike the beautiful trails, fish in the pristine waters, or unwind with a good book on the porch, this cabin offers the perfect base for adventure. Awesome stay! The cabin is full of fun, you really don’t have to leave. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. I especially loved the fans upstairs since it is warmer. Do let it be noted that the drive up the mountain to the cabin is very scary and I would recommend arriving during the day. Other than that, a great stay.

Lee was a great host. He kept an open line of communication and made checking in and checking out very easy. One down side was that the floor in the main house wasn't as clean as expected. We did clean it up ourselves. The guest cabin as well was needing a little bit of love. After letting Lee know, he provided great customer service and was friendly about the situation. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and were happy about how cool the cabin looked.
