This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Cozy and comfortable, one minute from I-30 but in quiet safe neighborhood close to everything in central Arkansas. Going to the lakes in Hot Springs? Parking for your boat and trailer curbside., or if touring Little Rock area attractions they`re only a few minutes away. Movie theater, all kinds of eating places, everything within 2-3 minutes, yet house is located in a cozy enclave type setting! Washer and dryer, central air and heat, super insulated windows for quiet comfort.

SMITH LAKEFRONT CABIN PETS WELCOME(small fee)

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

Boho Guest House Couple's Retreat Relax & Refresh

Entire guest house with king bed and full kitchen. We sleep three. We allow one dog under twenty-five pounds with a $35 pet fee. We're approximately thirty minutes from Hot Springs and fifteen minutes from Lake Degray. We live on the property, sharing a driveway with the guest house. We are not suitable for children under the age of five. We live in a quiet, peaceful area.
