LODGE ON THE LAKE

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

Hut in the Sheep Wash

Beautiful shepherd's hut set in a private, peaceful riverside field, surrounded by fields and woodland. Sleeps 2 in a double bed and is self-contained with fully equipped kitchen (2 gas hobs and grill) and small bathroom with shower and eco loo. A wood burner keeps it very cosy in winter. Lights are powered by a solar panel. Bedding and towels provided, also tea, coffee etc and provisions for breakfast. A perfect place in the Lake District for a romantic break or getaway from modern life!

CosyCabin

Located in a quiet cul du sac in the historic market town of Kendal with convenient access to the M6, Lake District & Yorkshire dales. The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. There is parking available & a private outside decking area. Don’t want to walk ? We are a 30sec walk to the bus stop 2 minutes from the property.

Lodge on Lake Windermere

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

Stylish Cosy Lodge in Grizedale Forest area

Fancy getting away from it all? Then you have found the right place. A little piece of paradise on earth with uninterrupted views of Grizedale woodland. I only book guests with previous good reviews (at least 2). No pets allowed. Maximum of 6 people (including infants). Please note the location is REMOTE, no shops are near (25 min drive to Co-op in Hawkshead), but there is a pub 5 min drive away in Satterthwaite. You are not far from Grizedale Centre, Coniston or Windermere.

Luxury 3 bedroom lodge for 6 (plus travel cot) with Hot Tub. Located a few minutes drive from Junction 35 of the M6, at Carnforth. The lodge has an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living area and all 3 bedrooms have smart TV's with freeview and Netflix. On-site there is a pub / restaurant looking out onto the lake. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-In wardrobe and en-suite shower room. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.

We are opposite the main village where the restaurant, gym and pool are located. The Yealands is a quieter site, perfect for relaxing after a long day visiting the many local attractions. The Cranny, Ivythwaite Cottages, Windermere

Abigail and Andrew offer a warm welcome to Ivythwaite Cottages, situated in the grounds of a traditional Lakeland stone and flint guest house in beautiful Windermere. The cottages offer contemporary accommodation. The Cranny is a studio apartment featuring a seating area, kitchenette, separate bathroom and outside seating area. It has Freeview TV and free WiFi.

Barn loft is situated in the centre of beautiful Windermere village, it’s a one minute walk to all the shops, bars, cafes and pubs. There is a permit in the property for free parking on a Council owned car park in the centre of Windermere village (Broad street car park) around the corner. The property has everything you need for a relaxing break away.
